Hand tied bouquet
- 19th February 2015
Even though it was half term, we still met for our floristry class, albeit in a room in the sports centre, and this time we tackled hand tied bouquets.
It would be fair to say that there was a lot of bad language reverberating around the room that evening - it is incredible how difficult hand tied bouquets are to make; your arms ache, your hand gets cramp from all that spiralling and it is quite easy to simply feel like giving up and throwing the bouquet on the floor.
Still, we all persevered and produced fantastic bouquets to take home. I chose to make mine with lime green Chrysanthemum, orange Gerbera, cool Eucalyptus and also stems of Salix (pussy willow). Nice!
